When you apply for your merchant account, you will also receive an online Virtual Terminal to help manage your credit card orders. What is Virtual Terminal? A virtual terminal is the online version of the credit card swipe machine you typically see in offline retail stores. The advantage with having a virtual terminal (with your merchant account) is that you can process credit card payments (and refunds) from any computer in the world online. And, there are no equipment costs with a virtual terminal.

	Charge credit card orders you receive offline at seminars, over the telephone, via fax. Process them online through your virtual terminal. Refund credit card orders when a customer asks for a refund. Void credit card orders before they get charged. Simply enter the information online through your private virtual terminal:   1. Enter billing information (credit card number, expiration, dollar amount ...), etc. 2. Enter the customer's name, billing address, shipping address (optional), etc. 3. Process the customer's order and charge/refund their credit card.
